Refund Policy



At Whatposter we want you to have the correct poster for your lifestyle. 

If you have an issue with your print, don’t send it back to the return address contact us first and we will sort it out.

As always if we screw up your order (sometimes stuff happens) we will correct it ASAP.

If your order is damaged in transit or before shipping, just send us pictures of packaging poster and we will immediately send a replacement, arguing with the courier is what we do.

If there is anything else which you need help with just contact us, we will sort it. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us HERE 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
